As part of our unique offerings Young & Frederick also have taken the initiative in offering for the first time a clearly defined set of service packages for our clients to choose from. 

The one aspect of the financial service industry that we constantly felt uneasy with was the nature and pricing of client services. Clients feel uneasy asking questions about it and advisors avoid talking about it. At Young & Frederick Investment Solutions we decided we would bring an end to this practice. This is a real difference.

Accordingly we are proud to offer a variety of clearly defined service packages for our clients to choose from. The contents and commitment of each package is clearly outlined as is the cost associated with each level of service. Every client either on their own or in discussions with our group can determine exactly the level of service they would like to receive and the costs associated with that service. We, like you, believe that the work we do for our clients adds and builds value for them. However, at Young & Frederick Investment Solutions we also understand that different people have different portfolio service needs and that they only want to pay for those services they are actually using. Accordingly, we have designed 3 customer service packages to fit the needs of our clients. Thereby ensuring that our clients obtain the service levels they actually want, and are only paying for services they need. You decide the right service package fit for you.  

Unlike some of our competitors Young & Frederick Investment Solutions has decided to continue to offer on an equal and impartial basis the opportunity for our clients to use either a Traditional Commission based management system or a Fee Based Solution. In either case when you discuss the options facing your account, the advantages and disadvantages of each offering will be discussed with you. Our recommendation for your portfolio will be based upon the services you request, or we recommend, and the level of activity your account is anticipated to create. Our recommendation will always be your lowest cost alternative.    

Our Fee Based Solutions offer a fixed rate customer service and portfolio management package. Each package and service level contains products and services designed to reflect the needs and services provided at each level. Our clients are encouraged to read and inquire about each item listed within a grouping and to select the service package that best reflects the service level you would like receive.
